Fogel & Partners acted as advisor to Tele2 in its statutory merger with Com Hem which was announced on January 10, 2018. The combined company will be a leading integrated connectivity provider by combining an award-winning mobile network with the fastest national fixed network and the widest range of content in the market. The merger is expected to be completed during H2 2018, following shareholder and regulatory approvals.
