Our approach to sustainability is to make an initial GAP analysis in order to compare a client’s current sustainability work and communication with its peers. We also map stakeholder perceptions regarding the company’s sustainability efforts and communication in order to identify improvement areas and needed activities to meet and exceed stakeholder demands. The work also often includes senior management workshops to agree on the overall sustainability strategy, focus areas, targets, KPIs and key activities.
