Birgitta Henriksson is a strategic communications expert with over 25 years of experience. She provides advice to managements and boards on various strategic communications issues, including capital markets communication, M&A and IPO advisory, corporate positioning and crisis communication.

Before joining Fogel & Partners in 2019, Birgitta was a partner at Brunswick Group and held the position of Head of Communication and Investor Relations at Carnegie. She has a background in investment banking and has worked at both Carnegie and Nordea.

Apart from her advisory role at Fogel & Partners, Birgitta also holds the position of Board Director at Sdiptech, an infrastructure technology group, and Stillfront Group, a game developer. Both companies are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
